One-on-one Fundamentals prepares you for the technical movements (Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics) of CrossFit while focusing on individual goals and athletic abilities. Each session is an individualized program focusing on what you inevitably want to accomplish on your fitness journey. This is not just a series of workouts— you will gain a community, accountability, a healthy balance of hard work and socializing, and a good rapport with coaches who will devote time and attention to you. This one-on-one setting allows us to hon in quicker on what you are looking for and help jumpstart progress achieving those goals.
